Questions we're often asked
Does the floor app need internet all the time?
No. Scans and entries are saved on the device, numbered from a block reserved for it, and synced when the connection returns. If something clashes with a change made elsewhere, it goes to a supervisor to resolve instead of being lost.
Can my team use it in Tamil or Hindi?
Yes. Screens are available in English, Tamil and Hindi, and printed documents and labels can carry Tamil and Hindi text.
We do a lot of job work. Is that covered?
Yes. Challans to and from job workers, material balance with each party, process loss, job-work rates and bills, ITC-04 returns and profit per order.
We use Tally for accounts today.
YarnAxis can export vouchers to Tally and import your existing masters, so accounts can move over at their own pace or keep using Tally.
Which machines and devices can it connect to?
A small edge agent on a local PC connects weighing scales, thermal label printers and biometric attendance devices. Phones and tablets scan barcodes with the camera, and handheld scanners work too.
